KRUPA is acronym for "Kakatiya Rural Upliftment Participatory Action" a registered Non Governmental Organisation working for the Downtrodden sections from Warangal as its Head Quarters.

About KRUPA...

”KRUPA” was formed during the late 1997, by a group of Women & Young Youth, active, grass root social workers, with the sole vision, of a secular, integrated developed nation. The “aims “being, the empowered development of the youth, the women, the girl child both from the Semi urban, Rural & Tribal remote villages.

Regions of the Telangana Region, irrespective of religion caste, creed or race Respecting, the “vision” & “aims”, the organization has more Women as its office bearers and they are the guiding spirit, in the facilitation, of all the, developmental activities, being implemented by KRUPA Organization, in the Warangal District.

KRUPA, is duly registered, under the Andhra Pradesh ( Telanagana Areas) Public Societies Registration Act, 1350 Fasli (Act 1 of 1350F.) with the registration Number being 5458 of 1997

KRUPA is active in the facilitation of allied development programs & Projects in thefields of (a) Literacy, (b) Youth Development, (c) rehabilitation of child labor, (d) Mainstreaming of School drop-outs, (e) comprehensive community Health, (f) Ecology & Environment Development, (g) empowerement of the Women, (h) Income generation, Programes etc,since 1997.

 

About Chief Functionary : Sridasyam Venu Gopal (Gen.Sec)

SRIDASYAM VENUGOPAL, hailing from a backward class community, from rural upbringing, is associated with social service activates, since a young age, as an animator, with Jana Vignana Vedika, is at present the Chief Functionary of KRUPA Organization.

Sridasyam Venugopal received many “Achievement Awards” viz. (1) District Literacy Award – 1995, (2) Best District Youth Award – 1997, (3) AIDS Awareness Campaign award – 1998, (4)Prana Yuva Shakthi Award – 1999, (5) best youth Award – 2000 & (6) National youth Award , Government of India – 2000.
